Job summary

Taboola, a leading performance-driven advertising company, is seeking an Agency Development Director for the DACH region (Berlin, Düsseldorf, or Munich). You will drive agency partnerships, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and lead cross-functional efforts to elevate Taboola's presence with major global and local agencies.

You will work within a matrix, coordinating with Management, Sales, AM, Product, Finance, and Legal, to expand partnerships, unlock revenue, and reach quarterly quotas in

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital marketing/ad tech.
• Deep network of senior decision-makers in the market.
• Proven ability to drive and develop trading partnerships with major global companies and large local agencies.
• Outstanding persuasive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage the existing network and expand it to introduce and evangelize Taboola as a must-buy partner.
• Own the service management for all agency trading partnerships.
• Support the local teams with the fulfilling of existing partnerships, developing relationships into longer-lasting ones.
• Create and lead initiatives and influence teams to successfully achieve partnerships and revenue targets.
• Identify revenue and partnerships opportunities in the market and execute plans to onboard them.
• Support discussions with media agency decision-makers on Taboola tactics.
