Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum seven years of progressively responsible fundraising experience.
• Proven track record in donor engagement, communications, and fundraising strategy.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategies to identify, cultivate, and acquire major and mid-level donors.
• Oversee fundraising plans, communications, and external engagement for Chicagoland.
• Supervise staff, manage donor systems and reporting, and ensure ethical storytelling.
