Job summary

Guardian Angels Central Catholic School in West Point, NE, is seeking a Full-Time fundraising leader to guide strategic fundraising, development operations, donor engagement, and communications to support Catholic education. Reports to the GACC President and Board; position may be part-time or combined with other duties.

The role emphasizes building long-term funding models, overseeing annual giving and major gifts, cultivating donor relationships, and coordinating communications with schools

Qualifications

• Associates degree or bachelor’s degree required or preferred.
• Experience in professional development/advancement activities (preferred).
• Experience in fundraising, marketing and public relations for Catholic schools or Catholic entities (preferred).
• Training in development and institutional advancement activities (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Fundraising Leadership — develop and oversee a comprehensive fundraising strategy with the GACC President, schools, Catholic Schools Office, Office of Stewardship and Development, and Board of Directors.
• Comprehensive Development Operations — lead annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, corporate support and in-kind donations.
• Donor Engagement & Relationship Building — cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with donors and prospects.
• Communications & Constituency Relations — oversee a coordinated communications plan for donors and stakeholders.
• Collaboration & Accountability — work with internal and external partners to advance fundraising initiatives.
