Job summary

Upwave is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our product vision, strategy, and execution. You will shape the roadmap and collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver high-impact, measurable outcomes.

You will build and mentor a high-performing product team, establish goals and processes, and foster ownership, quality, and customer empathy across the product org.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, incl. 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record building/adtech products in growth-stage environments.
• Strong strategic thinking with bias toward action and execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term product vision and a prioritized roadmap.
• Develop deep customer insights and domain expertise in adtech and brand lift.
• Oversee end-to-end product design, development, launch, and iteration.
