Talentify seeks a dedicated Admissions leader to plan, develop, and operate the Admission Department in alignment with Federal, State, and local regulations and facility policy. The role involves collecting necessary information from home, hospital, or other facilities to complete admissions, and overseeing resident financial services and related documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or licensed nurse required.
• Knowledge of long-term care.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and the public.
• Demonstrate patience, enthusiasm, and a cheerful disposition.

Responsibilities

• Plan and operate the Admission Department in accordance with regulations and facility policy.
• Acquire information to facilitate admissions from home, hospital, or other facility and complete required documents.
• Manage and maintain resident financial services systems and processes.
• Represent the facility to hospitals and community agencies, establishing good rapport with transferring institutions.
