Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the day-to-day operation of Assessment and Referral Services.
• Schedule staffing of the department to ensure adequate coverage.
• Maintain intake call, assessment and administrative documentation.
• Supervise communications staff (receptionists) and provide coverage for switchboard.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for assessments and referrals, ensuring overall quality of services.
