Job summary

The Institute for Nonprofit Practice (INP) seeks a Director of Program Admissions & Impact to lead the admissions team, strategy, and systems for national recruitment of social‑sector leaders into funded leadership programs. Reporting to the SVP of Program & Impact, you will turn enrollment goals into a high‑impact national recruitment effort.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in recruitment/admissions, enrollment, or outreach.
• Proven ability to build and manage robust pipelines achieving enrollment goals.
• 3+ years leading and motivating a team with measurable results.
• Strong relationship-building with external partners and funders.
• Cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams.
• Experience using a CRM (Salesforce or similar).
• Comfort with AI tools to optimize workflow and data use.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a national recruitment roadmap to fill program cohorts.
• Oversee end‑to‑end admissions, outreach, and candidate experience.
• Partner with Marketing to align storytelling with recruitment milestones.
• Align targets with foundations and funders to secure seats.
• Cultivate external partnerships and referral pipelines across markets.
• Manage 40+ volunteer interviewers and ensure rigor in evaluation.
• Own pipeline analytics and reporting to forecast outcomes.
