Qualifications

• 7+ years in recruitment, admissions, enrollment, or related fields.
• Proven ability to build robust recruitment pipelines and meet enrollment goals.
• 3+ years leading and motivating a team with positive culture.
• In-depth stakeholder management with senior leaders and funders.
• Experience with CRM systems and cross‑functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a national recruitment roadmap and milestones.
• Direct end-to-end admissions, outreach, and candidate experience.
• Partner with Marketing to align campaigns with recruitment milestones.
• Oversee partnerships with institutions and funders to fill seats.
• Lead 40+ volunteer interviewers and ensure rigorous selection.
