Job summary

University of South Carolina Beaufort seeks an experienced Director of Admissions to lead the Office of Admissions and drive enrollment strategy in Beaufort, SC. The role reports to senior leadership and focuses on recruiting a diverse undergraduate and graduate population for USC Beaufort’s campuses.

You will partner with campus stakeholders, leverage data-informed recruitment practices, and ensure a high-quality applicant experience from prospect to enrollment in a dynamic higher education

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in admissions, enrollment management, or higher education recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Office of Admissions with a clear strategic vision, aligning recruitment initiatives with institutional enrollment goals.
• Partner with campus stakeholders to design and implement innovative, collaborative recruitment strategies
• Drive enrollment outcomes through targeted outreach, effective communication, and streamlined admissions processing
• Oversee recruitment and engagement efforts for a wide range of student populations, including undergraduate, graduate, international, returning, dual-enrolled, and non-degree seeking students
• Ensure a seamless, student-centered admissions experience from prospect to enrollment
• Utilize technology and data-informed practices to enhance recruitment effectiveness and operational efficiency
• Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and commitment to student success
