Emerald Health & Rehab Center in Lillington, NC is seeking a Full-Time Admissions & Marketing Coordinator to manage the customer flow, admissions, and marketing program within our skilled nursing facility. You will coordinate tours, verifications, and pre-certifications while cultivating strong relationships with hospitals and physicians.

Leading outreach initiatives, referrals, and patient satisfaction, you will support census goals in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Cultivating/Maintaining professional relationships in the local health care markets
• Generate referrals for services by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources
• Coordinates tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certs
• Community outreach activities such as health fairs, wellness checks, and caregiver support groups
• Regular marketing calls and visits will be made to referral sources to increase the number of referrals and admissions.
• Facilitates admissions decisions, and ensure a positive admission experience for customers and families
• Extraordinary customer service to both external and internal customers.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent
