Crest Haven Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Director of Admissions to lead our admissions team and oversee the full admissions process from inquiry to placement. You will build relationships with families, physicians, and healthcare professionals, develop admissions strategies, and collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless resident transitions.

As a Director of Admissions, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to successful placement. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. You will also be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing effective admissions strategies to meet resident care needs and facility goals
• Collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless transitions for residents
• Managing and coordinating the intake process, including assessments, evaluations, and authorizations
• Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Providing exceptional customer service to families, physicians, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor\'s degree in a related field preferred
• Proven experience in healthcare admissions or a related field
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
