The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, experience in healthcare admissions, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. This is a full-time role focused on improving resident transitions and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare admissions or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in healthcare admissions or related function.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized professional to lead our admissions team. As a Director of Admissions, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to successful placement. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. You will also be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing effective admissions strategies to meet resident care needs and facility goals
• Collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless transitions for residents
• Managing and coordinating the intake process, including assessments, evaluations, and authorizations
• Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
