Job summary

The Kellogg PEAK Initiative seeks a Director of Administration in Milwaukee, WI to provide strategic leadership across Human Resources, Finance, and Operations. You will guide staffing, compensation, payroll, budgeting, facilities, and vendor relations to sustain the organization's mission.

With 5+ years in HR leadership and nonprofit accounting knowledge, you will champion equitable people practices, ensure compliance, and build a high‑performing team while stewarding organizational integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor9s or Master9s degree preferred; significant experience may replace.
• Minimum 5 years of HR leadership experience in nonprofit or related field.
• Knowledge of nonprofit GAAP and regulations (FMLA, ADA, OSHA, Worker9s Comp, Wage & Hour, FLSA, ERISA).
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and Google Suite required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR policies, procedures, and practices with Executive Director.
• Train and advise leadership on personnel matters and compliance.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, compensation, and HRIS administration.
• Manage Finance and Operations functions including budgeting and vendor relations.
• Ensure organizational assets and infrastructure support mission delivery.
