Qualifications

• Activities Certification preferred (or willing to become certified)
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or similar environment
• Leadership chops, top-notch communication skills, and a talent for organizing fun
• A genuine love for people and passion for making every day meaningful for residents

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily activities for residents and guests
• Manage activities staff and volunteers
• Serve on the facility Leadership Team
• Set the standard for resident satisfaction, encouraging engagement and joy
• Maintain assessments, care plans, and documentation with attention to detail
