Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior Activity Aide and/or Activity Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferred.
• One year of experience in a director or managerial role is preferred; NCCAP certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Activity Department.
• Plan and direct activity programs to meet residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Participate in resident care conferences and develop new activity programs to keep up with trends and standards.
