Qualifications

This individual will drive the firm's acquisition strategy, build a robust pipeline of on- and off-market opportunities, cultivate relationships with brokers, landowners, and industry partners, and help support expansion into new markets across Chicago, the Southeast, and beyond. This is a highly visible position offering direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence the company's long‑term growth strategy, development pipeline, and market expansion efforts.

We're seeking someone with:
