  • Coordinate the accounting integration workstream for acquisitions, partnering with Technical Accounting on purchase accounting conclusions and with functional accounting teams on opening balances, policies, close integration, controls, and reporting
  • Support purchase price allocation processes in coordination with SOLV’s Technical Accounting team, valuation specialists, legal counsel, and finance leadership
  • Support post‑acquisition accounting policy harmonization and integration of acquired entities into existing close processes, internal control frameworks, and SOX compliance programs

  • Support functional accounting owners and the Technical Accounting team in evaluating and resolving complex auditor inquiries. Provide accounting advisory and audit‑readiness support to SOLV's Financial Reporting team in connection with Forms 10‑K, 10‑Q, registration statements, and other SEC reporting requirements.
