An ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, CPA, and significant experience in a top-tier accounting firm, along with strong expertise in U.S. GAAP. Qualifications
At least eight years of experience with a top-tier accounting or strategy firm.
Ability to research technical accounting matters and prepare well-written memoranda.
Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley Act and ability to implement compliance processes.
Responsibilities
Lead accounting research and operational analysis focusing on M&A.
Support SEC reporting and earnings release process.
