Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounting team.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Lead SEC reporting activities and public company compliance.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and policies.
