Job summary

Quality Bicycle Products (QBP) in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Director of Accounting to lead accounting operations, GAAP compliance, and SAP S/4HANA stewardship across multiple entities. This role provides executive visibility and oversight of close, consolidation, and internal controls.

The Director will guide the Accounting Manager, manage intercompany reporting, and partner with IT for system enhancements, driving a scalable, accurate finance function within the Flagg Bicycle Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA/CPA-equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting for multi-entity organizations.
• Experience leading accounting teams, audits, and ERP implementations or upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and review consolidated financials.
• Own SAP S/4HANA modules FI-GL/AR/AP/CO and drive system improvements.
• Oversee intercompany eliminations, transfer pricing, and external audit coordination.
