Responsibilities

Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a Director ofCorporateAccounting.This pivotal role will oversee our corporate accounting functions and financial consolidation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategicfinancial managementfor our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the corporate accounting function and financial consolidation processes, including themonth-end and year-end close processes, ensuringtimelyandaccuratefinancial reporting, includingoversight of the preparation and maintenance of account reconciliations
  • Assistwiththe preparation of monthlyconsolidatedfinancial statements and annual budgeting and forecastingprocesses
  • Manage all corporate (non-operational) accounting processes, including multi-entity consolidations andintercompany transactions
  • Develop,implementand documentaccounting policies, procedures, and internal controls tomaintainfinancial integrity and compliance.Assistwith the research and documentation of new accounting pronouncements andtechnical memos.
  • Work with our IT function to ensure our ERP systems (Infor SyteLine ERP) are managed andmaintainedappropriately,overseethe implementation and optimization of financial reporting and consolidation systems.

Qualifications
