Position Summary

The Director, Nurse Educators, will lead a team of regional Nurse Educators providing clinical education to healthcare professionals. This role involves strategy development, team management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective educational programs and utilization of therapies. The position is remote, reporting to the Vice President, Sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Nurse Educator team and strategy.
• Set performance objectives and monitor team performance.
• Create SOPs, workflows, and training materials in partnership with legal/compliance.
• Design and execute educational plans aligned with team priorities.
• Deliver engaging education on disease states and therapies.
• Collaborate with sales for territory management and engagement plans.
• Provide clinical insights to marketing and training teams.
• Ensure compliance with all policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• 12+ years of RN experience, with at least 8 years in leadership of field-based nurse teams.
• Active RN license and expert knowledge in endocrinology.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet onsite visitation requirements and hold a valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Practice Provider degree (MSN, NP, PA, DNP).

Additional Information

Salary range: $170,000 - $212,000, plus bonuses, stock options, benefits, and paid time off.
