Job summary

System One is seeking a Director of Nuclear Customer Programs to lead strategic customer programs in a large-scale manufacturing environment. You will oversee senior-level program management, ensure alignment with contractual obligations, and manage cross-functional delivery with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain.

The role requires extensive experience in complex programs and outstanding stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in program management or related industrial environments.
• Experience managing large-scale customer programs and multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and align programs with manufacturing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic customer relationships and major programs.
• Manage multiple high-value programs and contractual commitments.
• Serve as escalation point for program risks and execution issues.
• Build trusted customer relationships and manage scope and requirements.
• Develop and implement program management processes aligned with capabilities and obligations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Influence cross-functional teams to ensure delivery, quality and cost targets.
• Establish governance, metrics, reporting and customer communication frameworks.
• Recruit and lead a Customer Program Management organization for future growth.
• Provide strategic oversight while enabling day-to-day program management.
