Windfall, a people intelligence and AI company, seeks a Manager of Nonprofit Direct Sales for Mid-Market/SMB to lead a growing nonprofit vertical in San Francisco. You will manage a small AE team, drive new bookings, retention, and expansion, and shape strategy with product and marketing.

You’ll partner with the co-founders and cross-functional teams to formalize the nonprofit motion, align with major gift orgs, and scale the segment while protecting Windfall’s values and culture.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales with multi-stakeholder deals.
• 2+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Deep fluency in the nonprofit sector and major gift lifecycle.
• Experience with donor segmentation and fundraising decisions.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of ~5 AEs; set performance standards and cadence.
• Own nonprofit revenue: new bookings, retention, expansion.
• Translate nonprofit market dynamics into product feedback and partnerships.
• Scale team and build nonprofit business.
• Define cohesive strategy for new-logo acquisitions with sales leadership.
