Job summary

Playfly Sports in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Director, Playfly Max to drive NIL revenue alongside university Athletics. This on-site leadership role will pitch, close, and manage partnerships, while shaping revenue strategies for university project assets and events.

You will manage budgets, oversee contracts with sponsors and student-athletes, and collaborate with Playfly staff to exceed EBITDA targets. Evening events and frequent travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years of relevant direct sales/revenue generation experience in sports/multi-media or related fields.
• 5 years of experience in a sales and revenue generation role preferred.
• Proven ability to manage, meet and exceed budget and revenue goals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (KORE or similar).
• Strong sales presentation skills and ability to provide creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with athletics department to develop and execute a revenue plan to meet NIL goals.
• Manage P&L and budget reports to maintain EBITDA targets.
• Close a high volume of NIL partnership deals and renewals.
• Identify potential sponsors through networking with university stakeholders and partners.
• Create sales inventory, revenue projections, and overall strategy for university assets.
• Plan and execute revenue-generating events and other opportunities.
• Draft and negotiate contracts with NIL sponsors and student-athletes.
• Develop marketing objectives with clients and conduct needs assessments.
• Represent Playfly Max and Playfly Sports Properties professionally.
