The role drives independent oversight, effective challenge, and strategic risk advisory support to senior leaders across Fixed Income and Equities while aligning with risk appetite and regulatory requirements. The candidate will promote strong risk culture, oversee trade lifecycle risks, and collaborate with control functions to enhance KRIs and KPI analyses within a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree required.
• 10 years of risk management, compliance, audit, or relevant Front Office control experience within financial industry.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets, including Fixed Income and/or Equities trading, sales, financing, derivatives, and front office operating models.
• Knowledge of NFR risk framework elements (RCSA, Risk Events, Issues, KPIs).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary 2LoD Non-Financial Risk coverage lead for the Capital Markets businesses.
• Promote a strong risk culture across Front Office activities.
• Partner with management and controls to assess risk implications of growth and new products.
• Provide effective challenge over non-financial risks arising from Capital Markets activities.
