Based onsite in Miami, you will oversee a global team of about 130 across shipboard and shoreside operations, guiding cross-functional initiatives and program enhancements.

You will shape strategies to expand digital sales, improve guest lifetime value, and promote the Royal ONE program, delivering measurable business

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years in sales, commercial, or revenue management.
• Minimum 5 years leading high-performing sales teams.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in complex environments.
• Shipboard, hospitality, travel, cruise, or tourism experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales performance management and revenue optimization.
