Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Director/Senior Director to lead the definition of next‑generation server CPUs. You will drive architecture from concept through launch, coordinating with system architecture, platform architecture, and product management to define CPU needs and trade‑offs for data center performance.

You will collaborate with customers and hyperscalers, own ROI, and guide teams across architecture, platform, networking, software and silicon engineering to ensure every decision serves the AI

Qualifications

• 15+ years in server or data center CPU/SoC architecture, shipping multiple generations.
• 7+ years leading a team to deliver CPU product strategy.
• Experience owning products through full lifecycle including ROI and value proposition.
• Proven ability to track industry trends and competitive dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Define NVIDIA’s next‑gen server CPU architecture from concept to launch.
• Lead cross‑functional work with system/platform engineering and PM.
• Engage with customers and partners to translate needs into architecture.
• Direct a team of senior architects and present roadmap to executives.
