Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 12+ years in product development, product management or related field.
• Experience developing customer-facing solutions for health systems, retail pharmacies and other pharmacy classes of trade.
• Experience managing solutions portfolios with governance, prioritization and optimization.
• Proven ability to develop and execute business cases, financial models and performance tracking for new programs.
• Strong leadership experience, including leading other people leaders in a matrix environment.
• Background in software or product development methodologies or project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed, estimated 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for the New Solutions Development function across Pharmaceutical and Specialty Distribution teams.
• Lead development initiatives from ideation through launch with market demand and financial commitments.
• Manage stage-gate process and lifecycle governance for the portfolio.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of new solution ideas with ROI considerations.
• Analyze market trends and Voice of Customer results to expand the portfolio.
• Define technical requirements with IT to align with market needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategy and adoption.
• Drive execution of financial commitments and track performance of new solutions.
• Oversee transitions of new solutions to operational owners as initiatives mature.
