Responsibilities

• Connect regularly with independent owners within the assigned geography.
• Maintain the independent owner succession planning tool and acquisition pipeline.
• Engage with field sales leaders for feedback on succession planning and targets.
• Consult with independent owners to identify and deploy financial solutions.
• Develop presentations for acquisitions, financings and succession planning.
• Attend regional owners' meetings to provide insights.
