Dunn School in Los Olivos, CA, seeks an entrepreneurial, visionary Director of Neurodivergence and Learning Optimization. This senior educator leads the Neurodivergence Center, advancing evidence-based learning approaches for grades 6–12 and partnering with admissions, advancement, and faculty.

The role emphasizes program development, research-informed practices, and collaboration across campus to support students, families, and staff in a boarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Neurodivergence Center and articulate a coherent, research-informed philosophy of neurodivergent education for Dunn School.
• Develop and implement a long-term strategic vision for neurodivergence support across grades 6–12.
• Position Dunn as a national leader in neurodivergent education through conferences, publications, partnerships, and storytelling.
• Oversee all student accommodations and learning plans across grades 6–12.
• Design and deliver professional development for faculty and staff.
• Partner with Admissions and Advancement to communicate Dunn’s approach to neurodivergent education.
• Collaborate with Educational Technology to explore AI applications in education.
• Teach enrichment courses and contribute to Dunn’s broader programs.
