Job summary

Perimeter Behavioral Health seeks an Associate Director of Clinical Services to lead the Neurodiverse Programming. You will support the Clinical Director and CEO, overseeing trauma‑informed, evidence‑based care for neurodivergent youth in inpatient and residential settings.

You will supervise clinicians, participate in strategic program development, and ensure care aligns with CMS and Joint Commission standards while collaborating with families and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active PLPC, LPC, MSW, or LCSW license in Missouri.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience in residential settings is preferred.
• Strong understanding of neurodiverse care models and related services.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary team meetings and ensure clinical documentation aligns with neurodiverse care models.
• Participate in quality management and ensure CMS and Joint Commission standards compliance.
• Provide direct clinical services including assessments, therapy (individual, family, group) and crisis intervention.
• Supervise and train licensed and non-licensed clinicians.
• Serve as liaison between treatment team, families and external stakeholders.
