Lilly is seeking a biomarker development scientist in Boston to design, develop, and validate immunoassay-based biomarker methods for neurodegenerative diseases. You will work with project team leads to support preclinical and clinical characterization of therapeutic molecules.

Requires Master’s/PhD in relevant field and 0-5+ years in biomarker development, with strong immunoassay expertise and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s and/or PhD in Neuroscience, Biochemistry or related field.
• 0-5+ years of industry/academic/postdoc biomarker development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, development and validation of immunoassay biomarker methods.
• Collaborate with project teams and external partners to advance clinical programs.
• Perform method development, optimization, and data reporting for biomarker analyses.
