Job summary

GFiber is seeking a Lead Network Technical Program Manager in the United States to guide a team of TPMs through complex network migrations and initiatives. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/EE/OM or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years in technical program management focusing on planning, hardware/software implementations, network, and large-scale migrations.
5 years leading a team of technical project managers to achieve business objectives.
Proven track record managing cross-functional projects with minimal subscriber impact and high SLA achievement.
Strong skills in developing and managing complex project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

Lead cross‑functional collaboration between Network Engineering, Network Reliability, and related teams for network projects and new product introductions.
Drive planning, detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain the NetEng and NRE roadmap and delivery calendar.
Lead a team of TPMs managing work execution for NetEng and NRE teams.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in network migration, program management, and ethical AI integration.
Provide regular status updates and presentations to NetEng & NRE leads and senior leadership.
