Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• At least 7 years of software development experience.
• At least 7 years in network engineering and architecture.
• At least 7 years in advanced networking concepts (routing, switching, Wi-Fi).
• At least 5 years in people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers.
• Mentor professional and technical development of engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers to define capabilities and testing scenarios.
• Improve software engineering practices across teams.
• Drive end-to-end design, development, testing and support of solutions.
• Ensure availability, resilience and scalability of deployments.
• Stay current with tech trends and mentor others in the engineering community.
• Promote innovation, inclusion and cross-team collaboration.
