Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a Director for Strategy & Performance in Supply Chain for North America Markets. In this pivotal role, you will define and execute the medium- and long-term supply chain strategy. Your focus will be on driving performance improvements and fostering collaboration across various teams, ensuring sustainable value creation.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in supply chain management and demonstrated leadership skills. This is a full-time position based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Operations roles.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Bacardi North America's Supply Chain strategy.
• Drive performance improvement across the NAM network.
• Lead external manufacturing strategy and partnerships.
