8x8 is seeking a Director, North America partner and field marketing to own strategy, budget, and execution for partner marketing, regional field marketing, and major industry tradeshows across North America. You will lead channel marketing and field marketing managers, aligning with sales and demand generation to create measurable pipeline and bookings.

You will build and manage relationships with technology distributors, agents, and resellers, drive MDF programs, and ensure campaigns deliver

Qualificações

• 7+ years in partner, channel, or field marketing, including experience leading a team.
• Experience in SaaS, telecom, or IT channel preferred.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and channel models.
• Budget ownership, MDF management, and ROI analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Own the North America partner and field marketing strategy, annual plan, and budget.
• Lead a team of channel and field marketing managers and contractors.
• Build and manage marketing relationships with strategic partners (distributors, agents, resellers, SI).
• Drive programs to recover/grow pipeline and partner-sourced pipeline.
• Lead regional field marketing, campaigns, events, roadshows, and ABM programs.
• Report on performance, budget, and ROI to leadership.
