AffirmedRx is seeking a hands-on, patient-centered Member Communications Director to lead the development and execution of member communications, evolving from single-channel to multi-channel digital strategies. You will collaborate with Operations, Formulary Strategy, Client Management and Data Analytics to ensure communications are accurate, timely, and secure, while complying with regulatory requirements.

The Director reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Marketing or Communications, preferably in healthcare.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsabilités

• Build a marketing communications plan to meet key business objectives.
• Streamline templates for letters, postcards, and digital formats.
• Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and patient-centered across channels.
• Manage customization to meet client and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare for enhanced digital engagement using QR codes and online tools.
• Oversee end-to-end communication workflows with timeliness and quality.
• Coordinate with print and mail vendors for high-quality output.
