Job summary

Caris is seeking a Lead to manage its Molecular Science Liaisons (MSL) team, overseeing external scientific engagement in oncology. This field-based role offers flexible location across the United States with regular travel.

You will shape staffing and training, drive communication with physicians and KOLs, deliver scientific education, and support collaborations while advancing Caris's molecular intelligence platform.

Qualifications

• Ph.D., PharmD, or MD in a relevant biological science.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Requirements:

• Ph.D., PharmD, or MD in a relevant biological science; 3+ years of management experience; strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred:

• experience in pharma or commercial lab environments, customer-facing roles, innovative thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
