Job description

Role:

Lead and manage a team of Molecular Science Liaisons (MSLs) to promote Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) within the oncology therapeutic area. Responsibilities include team oversight, strategic staffing, training, tracking customer interactions, and acting as a scientific conduit between the medical community and Caris. MSLs educate and support physicians, scientists, and key opinion leaders through in-person engagements, presentations at tumor boards, conferences, and clinical meetings, with a focus on advancing precision oncology. The role involves scientific literature review, supporting marketing and educational efforts, and participating in trade shows and regional events.

Requirements:

Ph.D. or M.D. in a relevant biological science; at least 3 years of management experience; strong communication, interpersonal, and scientific knowledge of oncology; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications:

Preferred qualifications include prior experience in pharma or commercial laboratories, customer-facing roles, and creative problem-solving skills.
