Job summary

Google's Modular Manufacturing & Integration organization is leading a transformation in how the company delivers technical infrastructure for the AI era, industrializing data center delivery through mass-assembled modules and off-site manufacturing.

As the Director of Strategy & Business Operations, you will be the chief operating strategist and first hire, shaping long-term roadmaps, owning modular unit economics, and building a Strategy & BizOps team as the organization scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in strategy-related roles in high-tech sectors.

Responsibilities

• Translate long-term technical and architectural visions into multi-year strategic roadmaps, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Own modular unit economics and evaluate trade-offs between capex, logistics, on-site labor elimination, and time-to-market.
• Design Total Cost of Ownership frameworks with Finance to quantify value of accelerated capacity deployment.
• Establish top-down product cost targets for modular SKUs across compute, power, and cooling systems.
• Craft strategic narratives and executive presentations for leadership and cross-functional forums.
