Job summary

Google LLC is hiring a Director Principal Technical Program Manager, Delivery Enablement and Field Integration for Global Data Centers. The role will serve as the premier field technical authority, driving modular deployments from factory to site and ensuring seamless interconnects.

Expect to lead a team of Field Support Engineers and Site Integration TPMs, cultivate a disciplined field-to-factory feedback loop, and coordinate with global partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of technical program management, field engineering, or industrial equipment delivery experience.
• Experience delivering physical infrastructure landings.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site technical execution of initial modular prototype and production deployments worldwide (up to 75% travel).
• Own physical module landing process through interconnect completion and provide SME on heavy-lift logistics and rigorous rigging.
• Build and mentor a team of Field Support Engineers and Site Integration TPMs; drive end-to-end alignment to compress arrival-to-interconnect cycle times.
