Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Director for MB-DMI & MES to lead a digital thread program across manufacturing sites. The role oversees executive-level strategy, capital and operating budgets, and cross-functional teams of engineers and system architects to deploy model-driven processes.

Reporting to Digital Ops & Industry 4.0 leadership, the candidate will Champion QMS/MES integration, drive change across plants, and ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity in production records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 12+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the enterprise-wide MB-DMI and MES roadmap across all manufacturing sites.
• Manage CapEx and OpEx budgets for the digital manufacturing portfolio with ROI focus.
• Drive cultural and operational transformation with Site Directors and General Managers.
• Govern the integration of QMS and MES to ensure automated regulatory compliance and records.
• Build, mentor, and lead a multi-disciplinary team of manufacturing experts, engineers, and project managers.
• Serve as Operations representative on cross-business steering committees with regular progress updates.
