Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Director of Digital Operations for Manufacturing Execution to lead ongoing digital operations across the MES ecosystem. You will own platform stewardship, uptime, and service continuity while coordinating across support, product, and architecture teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of professional experience or 11+ years with an Associate degree and 13+ years with a high school diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Digital Operations.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or UK; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital operations function for Manufacturing Execution, with accountability for ongoing support, service performance, and platform stewardship.
• Provide steady-state ownership across a portfolio of MES-related platforms and related applications.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning operations, support, product, and architecture to ensure stable operation of critical manufacturing platforms.
• Establish and manage the support model, operating model, and governance required to sustain and improve MES platforms.
• Drive uptime, platform health, and issue resolution across the ecosystem.
• Shape and optimize a durable operating model for enterprise manufacturing digital operations.
