Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years in relational roles with executive level management experience.
• 5 years developing and implementing grants strategies and overseeing committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead TMF grant cycle operations and review processes across committees.
• Oversee TMF fundraising, stewardship, and reporting activities.
• Manage TMF volunteer network and leadership development initiatives.
• Coordinate communications strategies, newsletters, and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare and manage annual TMF budget and quasi-endowment oversight.
• Collaborate with CJP departments to align program strategies and donor efforts.
• Represent TMF and CJP at external events and leadership forums.
• Ensure governance and compliance across funding cycles.
