About the team: The Merchandising team leads category strategy development and execution, focusing on customer insights, market trends, and financial performance. This group manages assortment optimization, supplier negotiations, and omnichannel initiatives to drive sales and profitability. Collaborating cross-functionally, the team enhances the customer experience and operational excellence through disciplined merchandising and data-driven decisions. Leaders foster accountability, continuous improvement, and talent development to ensure sustainable business growth. What you'll do:

• Experience in supplier negotiations and managing vendor relationships to drive price leadership and profitability.
• Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and digital tools to inform strategic decisions and optimize category performance.
• Ability to align channel strategies and execute merchandising initiatives across omni-channel platforms.
• Exceptional business planning and negotiation skills to support long-term growth and operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
