Bala Consulting Engineers, a Baltimore-based engineering firm, seeks a Director of MEP Operations to expand the regional practice, lead teams, and grow client relationships. You will help drive profitability and align with enterprise-wide objectives, reporting to the COO and partnering with business development to win new projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 15+ years of experience in the engineering industry, with proven PM and design track record.
• Experience in Commercial Development, Multifamily, Life Sciences, Education, or Corporate facilities is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and expand the engineering practice groups in the Baltimore region.
• Develop and manage client relationships and ensure best-in-class service.
• Drive project profitability and achieve revenue and profit goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to cross-sell services and manage people and resources.
• Build a high-performing, collaborative work environment and recruit qualified staff.
