Qualifications

7+ years in healthcare operations, strategy, analytics, technology, or related field.
Experience leading cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Excel proficiency; SQL/ BI tools a plus.
Experience developing business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, and executive-level recommendations.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
Strong project/program management, risk management, and delivery oversight.

Responsibilities

Define KPIs and performance frameworks for service and staff.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvements.
Establish governance to monitor and optimize performance.
Manage contact center expectations and quality standards.
Identify opportunities to improve operations, scalability, and efficiency via process changes, automation, and AI.
Provide data-driven, executive-ready recommendations to leadership.
Develop ROI-focused business cases.
Collaborate with Operations, Product, Tech, Finance, Strategy, Clinical, and Analytics teams.
