Job summary

Montana Medical Association seeks a Director of Association Services, Membership & Programs to lead membership growth, association management, grants, and education initiatives. This senior role works with the CEO to expand programs, conferences, analytics, and executive reporting in a full-time, in-person capacity in Helena.

The role requires seven years of nonprofit or association management experience, with strengths in governance, education, events, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in association/nonprofit management.
• Experience in programs, professional education, conferences, and events.
• Grant research, writing, administration, and reporting experience.
• Strong analytics, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with governance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead membership growth, retention, engagement, and value strategies.
• Manage association services, governance, programs, education, meetings, and reporting.
• Develop and manage grants pipeline, budgets, and foundation relationships.
• Oversee development of professional education programs and continuing education.
• Direct conferences, events, and meetings including budgeting and evaluation.
• Translate data into CEO/Board recommendations and executive materials.
