Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Extensive Medicare/managed care experience with 8+ years and 2-5+ years of people leadership.
Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and regulatory compliance.
Strong knowledge of account management, renewals, service delivery, and performance management.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex client portfolios.
Lead client governance forums, business reviews, and escalation resolution.
Drive retention, renewal readiness, experience, and growth for assigned clients.
Partner with actuarial, clinical, legal, pharmacy, and operations teams to deliver value.
